优格柠檬蓝莓牛油蛋糕



朋友生日,
想做个装饰奶油蛋糕给她。
可是我和她上班的地方都没有冰箱,
放工到家后恐怕奶油已经不像样。
所以,最后选择做牛油蛋糕。


想一想,
我从来没有真正做过牛油蛋糕,
上一回做的是分蛋式的牛油杯子蛋糕。
这次我决定用优格、柠檬和蓝莓
这三个材料做牛油蛋糕,搞搞新意。
其实是因为这朋友超爱吃蓝莓,
我又想到牛油蛋糕腻,
所以才会想加入柠檬和优格。
上网找了找食谱,
参考了FB群里,
群主-- Jaclyn San的食谱。
以及在 Angie 那里看到了Eileen 的,
柠檬蓝莓牛油蛋糕食谱。

妈妈放工回来问我,
是什么蛋糕呀?
答牛油蛋糕。
她有些惊奇说
“你从来没有做过牛油蛋糕,给谁的呀?”
是的,所以我非常紧张。
幸好成品真的很不错,
爸爸超给脸,吃了很多。
我只吃到一小片而已。

这次下重本,
用了SCS牛油,味道真的不一样。
这蛋糕绝对值得再做!

食谱:2个6”圆模
材料:
牛油 - - - - - - 250g
糖 - - - - - - - 200g
蛋 - - - - - - -- 4粒
原味酸奶 - - - 50g
柠檬汁 - - - - - 20g
柠檬皮削 - - - - 1个
自发面粉 - - - 200g(或低粉200g+1茶匙发粉)
蓝莓酱 - - - - - 55g
蓝莓 - - - - - - 适量

做法:
1. 牛油和糖打发至发白,鸡蛋逐一加入打均。

2. 柠檬皮削、柠檬汁和酸奶混合均匀。分次加入牛油糊里搅拌均匀。

3. 分次筛入粉,搅拌均匀,既成牛油面糊。取100g面糊与蓝莓酱拌匀,备用。

4. 柠檬面糊分成四等份,各取一份分别倒入两个6”圆模里,铺平。蓝莓面糊分成两份,均匀的铺在柠檬面糊上。轻轻的放上适量的蓝莓,再铺上一份柠檬面糊盖着蓝莓,抹平面糊。

5. 送入已预热的烤箱。上下火,160℃烤55分钟或熟即可。取出蛋糕放凉架10分钟后,小心的脱模,让其在凉架上待凉透即可切片享用。

    1. 真的湿润,可惜我朋友不习惯湿润的牛油蛋糕。安娣22日牛一哦~ 可惜我太远了。安娣可以做个美美的蛋糕送给自己。嘻嘻!

      As you said,it's buttery,moist and soft.A bit different with those old style butter cake.I prefer this type of butter cake. Hehe..

  5. Blueberry Butter Cake!!! Slightly tangy and slightly sweet but all buttery. I can just about imagine it now!!!! Delish!

      Thanks for dropping by my blog.
      It is not too hard to make it. Divided the batter to equal portion, place a portion of lemon batter then follow by the blueberry batter. Spoon it in slowly and carefully to cover the lemon batter. Place on the blueberries then cover it with another portion of lemon batter.Done! (^_^)
      I can make it with my shaking hands,then it wouldn't be hard for you to make it.
